By using our website or placing an order with Awesome Cover, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Custom-Made Products

Our seat covers are made to order and customised specifically for your vehicle.

Products are manufactured according to the vehicle information and options provided by the customer, including:

* Vehicle make, model and year
* Seat configuration
* Colour and material
* Stitching and design options

Please check all information carefully before placing your order.

2. Order & Production

Production normally begins after your order and customisation details have been confirmed.

Because each product is custom-made, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped using DHL.

The estimated delivery time is approximately 10–14 days from the date of order to delivery.

Delivery times may vary due to customs, public holidays, DHL delays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Incorrect Vehicle Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information.

If incorrect information is provided and the product is manufactured according to that information, additional costs may apply for a replacement or remake.

If you are unsure about your vehicle details, please contact us before ordering.

5. Installation & Safety

Our seat covers are designed for specific vehicle configurations and relevant seat-airbag areas.

Please follow the installation instructions and do not cut or modify the seat covers yourself.

If you have any concerns about fitment, installation or airbags, please contact us before modifying or using the product.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind reasons.

However, this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, is significantly different from what you ordered, or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

7. Product Colours

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and photography.

Minor variations in colour or texture do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

8. Website & Intellectual Property

All Awesome Cover logos, images, product descriptions, designs and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
